Learn Danish. To improve your Danish skills or simply learn the basics or even to get a better insight to life in Denmark, you might consider joining one of the classes offered by LærDansk. LærDansk offers both a Danish Culture Course and Danish Language Courses to university students. Danish Culture Course This is a free course and will give you an insight to some aspects of Danish Culture. In a series of lectures in English, students will get an insight to everday Danish life and culture, the welfare system and its history, an understanding of the educational system, Danish history, geography and much more.
In these courses, you will have the opportunity to prepare and taste Danish cuisine, visit museums and to attend talks given by leading experts in various topics. Danish Language Courses The Danish Language Courses are free, intensive Danish courses with experienced language teachers. Classes for international students are organised as a 16-week course and correspond to 3 ECTS points. Signing Up. We open doors | Kvinfo.dk. We do this by giving women from non-Danish ethnic backgrounds the opportunity to be paired with a mentor.

Clarification course for highly educated foreigners in Denmark | International Community : Erhverv Aarhus. The 6 week clarification course opens the doors for unemployed foreign residents in Denmark to small and medium sized enterprises. These enterprises need your insights and experiences from your home country to develop their export markets. The main organizer of the clarification course, Novum, is a non-profit organization working for improving the conditions of highly educated foreigners. The course starts on Monday 22 May 2013 in Aarhus – please notice the course is in Danish.
The course consists of: Coaching, tools for export, market analysis, corporate culture and active sales. At the course you will learn how you can optimize your communications competences and brand your self to small and medium sized enterprises. Marie Østergård Involvement of the community and users is the only way to create a library that will be adaptable and flexible enough to meet the future. MEDIASPACE is the working title of Aarhus’ new main library and Citizens’ Services that opens in 2014 on the harbour front of Aarhus.
It is meant to be the city’s centre of knowledge and culture, focusing on people – an open democratic community. As a result of the digital revolution and the transformation from information society into knowledge society it has become increasingly necessary to rethink the physical framework of libraries so that, in the future, libraries will not only be temples of books where physical media are stored and distributed, but open democratic spaces of learning and experience where knowledge is exchanged and disseminated. MEDIASPACE is planned to be approximately 30.000 m2 of which app. 10.000 m2 will be rented out for partners and network from a diversity of sectors.
