Après un essai mitigé de tatin à l'abricot (délicieux, mais pas assez présentable pour une photo), je tente un nouvel ingrédient, avec cette Tatin de tomates. Ingrédients Pour la pâte brisée : 200 g de farine 100 g de margarine 1 oeuf Pour le moule : du sucre en poudre de l'huile d'olive Pour la garniture : environ 500 g de tomates cerises du basilic du sel, du poivre 3 cs de polenta (ou de semoule de blé fine) Huiler le moule et le saupoudrer de sucre. Garder la main légère.
