Hello, First of all thank you for meeting on behalf of my proposal and accomodating my schedule. I appreciate the expedited review and wish to offer some answers to the questions it posed.
Located on a site with two street frontages, the house is part original and part addition, linked by a corridor and separted by a courtyard. The original fronts a picturesque streetscape, rebuilt in sympathy with its Art Deco architecture.
