I created these mirrors for the Hardware Challenge for Season 9 of So You Think You’re Crafty. They didn’t quite gather enough votes to push me into the finale, but I think they are a lovely addition to our living room. We have had an empty spot over our couch since we moved in. I didn’t want to hang anything too visually “heavy” there because our curtained windows already take up a lot of visual space. A Starburst Mirror for the Dining Room. I think they’re just gorgeous. But I couldn’t really find one to fit my style. I’ve been wanting one for our dining room – I have the perfect little 1/4 wall for it. ;) Well after looking and plotting and trying to figure out materials – I had the idea that since it was for the dining room, it might look cute made from Silverware!
