Microsoft will announce a notetaking application for mobile phones tomorrow that lets you record messages and search through them using your voice. Debuting at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Microsoft Recite is a notetaking and search application for Windows Mobile phones that lets you record a voice message, then retrieve the messages later using pattern recognition technology (see video below).
