i tweeted a picture of the beautiful tea and strainer gift jess from ' lady bonin ' left at my shop for me in december, but i had no idea that jess was the gypsy from lady bonin's tea caravan, delighting market goers around the western cape! i absolutely adore the concept, the delicious tea, the presentation, the detail and the passion that is evident in everything to do with lady bonin. i look forward to finally meeting you jess!

I got a wild hair this weekend—haha, see what I did there?—and chopped nine inches of tangles into a chin-length bob, which was sort of a ballsy move for me, considering I'd been growing my hair for the last two and a half years, but I got the idea into my head and I couldn't get it out, and so that's how it went. Also I tinted my cardigan green and got my lazy eye fixed.
