Wikileaks: So, this is what cyberwar looks like

A couple of days ago we wrote a small post thinking about ways in which Wikileaks could be taken off the Web. The conclusion was that Wikileaks might survive almost any type of concerted effort to remove it from the Internet. I was not really expecting the strength with which those words would be tested in the last few days. It is important to explain how Wikileaks works in the wide scheme of things. This, for a jew, crucified two thousand years ago, who said he was God's son? The proof of such a claim is lacking. Certainly the Christian religion is an antiquity projected into our times from remote prehistory; and the fact that the claim is believed - whereas one is otherwise so strict in examining pretensions - is perhaps the most ancient piece of this heritage.

The Oklahoma Bombing The government insists that Timothy McVegh acted alone in blowing up the Murrah Federal Building with a truck full of fertilizer.
