But it’s easy, and yummy, and it isn’t too rich for guests who aren’t chocolate-crazy like normal people me. The recipe: 1/2 cup butter (or coconut oil) 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 1/2 cups honey 9 eggs 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cups coconut flour, sifted Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, stir in the cocoa powder, coconut milk and honey.

Combine the eggs, salt, baking soda and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 glass baking pan.
