This is perfect for a nursery or kid's room and would also be a great gift idea! All the materials to make these mini animal canvases were very inexpensive and I absolutely love how my animal canvases turned out. Materials: Make an easy decoupage magazine holder. I found this sad little piece of key art, broken and golden, at Hobby Lobby. Her project? She turned an old TV tray into a small DIY craft table using some pretty fabric, which is a great idea if you are limited on space (like I was in Mod Podge Command Central). My favorite project ever was refurbished wall art, and I'm always looking for additional and interesting ways to decorate canvases – of course, with Mod Podge. This entire herringbone canvas project started with the word “hello.” I picked it up at the Queen Bee Market at SNAP, knowing that at some point I would turn it into wall art.

I'm not just some weird hoarder – I had a purpose. My goal was to recycle these items in a Mod Podge project. I thought, if everyone else can use these items for crafts, I can too. The funny thing is that I don't do it. At least yet. My boyfriend has been a cyclist for over 30 years which is why it's such a huge part of my life. He was a professional in Europe for awhile and races as a master (45+ age) now, so I go to all of his races and we're always watching it on television. I even have ALL of the stuff to ride, but I haven't started – that is coming soon (yikes!).

My apartment is small, but soon I'm going to be moving into a new space which will allow me to makeover as much furniture as I want!
