Pass me the Zinfandel. As I took the trains to the venue, it was very obvious the influx of chatty, bright eyed girls along the journey were all hitting the same place. My task was to hit the Echo Falls Wine Bar, which was a perfect pit stop after a day of browsing/fighting through the stands. We listened to a panel about breaking into the fashion industry which I was keen to hear as I broke into it myself through internships and blogging, and soon it was time to hit the stalls.

From next Monday on, I will be doing 3 full-time internships -with Foundfuture Press & Sales, with an NYC Stylist & of course, with Whitney Port. Today I have a day off & as you can imagine, I am cherishing it immensely because these type of days are going to become extremely scarce for the next few weeks.
I am going to have LOTS to blog about & show you -but first, let me give you a little update on what I've been getting upto at Foundfuture... Last week, my boss at the internship, Shannon, told me that we had to go meet a designer about 4 blocks away to pick up a piece for her display in the showroom. It was one of those really hot & sticky days in NYC, so I wasn't over the moon about the idea of having to face the heat! But of course, I didn't complain & agreed to come along.
