Lead On - About Us. Lead On Australia is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Lead On has enjoyed a long standing partnership with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, with the bank maintaining its position as the major corporate supporter of Lead On since its inception in 1999. In October 2010, Lead On executed a management agreement with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited which allows the bank to manage the operations of Lead On Australia and progress the Lead On model in communities across Australia, working extensively with the bank’s community partners.
Lead On’s primary role is to guide the bank’s partners and help them create meaningful connections with young people in their region. Lead On has created a range of youth initiatives that can be easily adapted to communities of all sizes and driven by a local community organisation, such as a Community Bank® company. Home.
