OBJ Exporter The first thing you need to export models is a way to convert the standard Sketchup models into OBJ format. There are two ways to do it. The first is to use the Sketchup Pro version. However, the Pro version is available for free trial. The second option, if you don't want to use the above method, is to download a Python plugin for Sketchup called OBJExporter. Exporting the model In Sketchup, once your model is loaded, go to the File menu or the Plugins menu, based on the option you picked above, and select the OBJ Export function.
