De modules zijn vrij beschikbaar via het internet. De leerkracht haalt al het materiaal van een website en zet het op de pc’s op school. De leerlingen bekijken het instructieblad op de pc, daarna bouwen ze aan de hand van digitale (3d) bouwtekeningen een model en programmeren dat met behulp van speciale software, de NXT.
