Top 10 uses of Dishwashing liquid

Dishwashing liquid can be regular on the sink-side, but it is extremely helpful in cleaning your home as well. Since the liquid is mild, it is always a good option vs harsh chemicals, dishwashing liquids are the best organic household cleaners.

Try these new strategies by using dishwashing liquid in your house cleaning -

1. To remove grease stains from clothes:

Got a spot on your shirt? Rub a small amount of dishwashing liquid and water (this method works great for removing stains around the collar, too). The soap is sufficiently gentle to use on any of the materials — including washable wool and silk that could be compromised with washing detergent with stain-fighter enzymes. To be sure, chemical free dishwashing liquid are more preferable.

2. To clean the floors of your bathroom and kitchen:

Only apply two teaspoons of liquid to transform a bucket of warm water into a handy cleaner. Use the solution on vinyl or tile flooring, but skip hardwoods (the water could warp the boards)

3. To De-grime patio furniture:

Add a squirt of dishwashing liquid and rinse down the patio tables and chairs in a tub of warm water. These are baby safe dishwashing liquid thus; using them on any material would not be harmful to the kids in your house.

4. To Shine jewellery:

A small platter filled with seltzer is a simple clean-up for your baubles. In a tub, mix the seltzer and the soap and then swim the jewellery for five minutes. To remove that stubborn grime, use an old toothbrush and wash it completely.

5. To clean Hairbrushes and comb:

Comb and hairbrushes get grease & oil build up post use, thus wash them with baby-safe dishwashing liquid, as after your kids play with them, you will not be a bothered. Mixed with warm water, with a few drops of dish soap and you are ready to clean.

6. To Wash hand-washable clothes:

A tablespoon of dish soap can be used instead of the detergent that you use for delicate washing by hand.

7. To kill the fruit flies:

Fill in a vinegar bowl with three drops of dish soap (which attracts the little buggers). The detergent reduces surface friction and drowns the flies. A little morbid, yes we do agree.

8. To remove stains from Carpet:

Dissolve a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid in 2 cups of warm water and blot the stain with a clean white cloth dipped into the solution. Continue until the stain is removed and lastly clean it with a clean and dry cloth.

9. To wipe off cabinets in your kitchen:

Cupboards can get greasy much like your kitchen equipment when you cook. Fill a small plate of soap with warm water into a spray bottle to melt the grime. Rinse well with a towel and dry.

10. To Banish oil stains from Concrete:

Apply the mixture of baking soda and dishwashing liquid, scrub with a plastic brush and let it sit for few hours. Repeat until the stain is out.
