Du 26 au 31 août, les Zanies se sont pour la première fois exposés sur un salon professionnel, à l’occasion de Tendence 2011 au parc des expositions de Francfort. Du samedi 25 au jeudi 30 juin, OKAMI Design expose à Limoges dans la Galerie municipale de la place de la République.

Lorsque 2 artistes talentueux décident de faire une collaboration, cela donne évidemment un résultat très intéressant. JR et Lui Bolin ont combiné leurs talents pour faire un collage puis une peinture du colleur français par l’artiste chinois. Un projet très réussi à découvrir dans la suite. Lire la suite Tournée avec une caméra GoPro Hero 2, cette vidéo “New Lands” de Matthew Wainhouse a été réalisée au col de montagne Stevens Pass aux USA. Sur un morceau du groupe Justice, ces images de snowboard impressionnent.

Monsieur Design
The No. 216 sideboard, by Swedish designer Jesper Ståhl for Voice , is one sleek piece of storage furniture. The idea behind the design was for the door compartments to correspond to the A-series paper standards that are used worldwide. A0 (square meter) being the size of the whole unit and all the way down to A8 (74 mm x 53 mm), the smallest door on the unit. The doors are various shades of green giving it a bright, fun feel while the body of the unit and the legs are made of ash veneer. Hold the phone! Gro Furniture’s Bam B crib is so clever – besides converting to the standard toddler bed, it then converts into a play table or desk so that you can use the crib up until your kid goes off to college.

One of the primary goals for this redesign was to condense the content structure. Whereas the site had six different content types, moving forward, Textpattern Resources would be focused only on cataloging plugins. The main navigation is now just the primary filters that organize the plugins. Older content and sections of lesser importance can still be access through the secondary nav on the top left.
