Brad & Julie's Sunny Modern Victorian House Tour. Their sunny Victorian home, situated in Dolores Heights, San Francisco, is warm, modern, welcoming, and filled with art, as befits the home of an artist whose work can be seen all over the city and will soon be featured in the new San Francisco Transbay Center. Enter House Tour Julie is an artist who is currently working on a 20,000 square foot terrazzo floor for the Grand Hall in the new Transbay Center, which will be completed in 2015.

They fell in love with this house in the hills, which was built in 1967 and renovated by previous owners. Luckily, the bones of the home were left mostly untouched and the spaces were opened up in a graceful way. It's no surprise Jonya and Brad have impeccable and eclectic taste. In a city which proudly labels itself as "weird", Richard wanted his modern vision to blend in with the neighborhood. Where others may stop at furniture, however, Richard continues the look into technology as well.
