Transitional Words & Phrases
Using transitional words and phrases helps papers read more smoothly, and at the same time allows the reader to flow more smoothly from one point to the next. Transitions enhance logical organization and understandability and improve the connections between thoughts. They indicate relations, whether within a sentence, paragraph, or paper. This list illustrates categories of "relationships" between ideas, followed by words and phrases that can make the connections: Addition: also, again, as well as, besides, coupled with, furthermore, in addition, likewise, moreover, similarly When there is a trusting relationship coupled with positive reinforcement, the partners will be able to overcome difficult situations.

Today, I tried the Google vs. Yahoo war. Seeing how I was eating poptarts, in Yahoo I typed "poptarts are" and got "how many flavors of poptarts are there" Then I typed "poptarts are" into Google, and I kid you not, the first result on the drop-down menu was "poptarts are the devils food" I can easily say that Google wins, and I can never look at my delicious poptarts the same way again.MLIA

Dante and Virgil stop to look in awe at the Hellgate, on which encouraging words like "ABANDON EVERY HOPE, [YOU] WHO ENTER HERE" appear. There is more to the inscription, which describes the origins of Hell – how it was made by "Justice," "the Highest Wisdom," and "Primal Love."
