The main implementation agency of these training centers is NSDC. These training centers aim to make vocational training aspirational in order to transform India into the skill capital of the world. Objectives of PMKK: The model training centers envision that: They would create a benchmark in institutions that demonstrate a value in competency based development training. One of the main aims of PMKK courses is to standardize job related skill development. The setting up of PMKKs falls under the initiative by the Government of India, called as the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
