NSPIRES Change: Proposal Submission Requires Team Member Organizational Relationship | SpaceRef - Your Space Reference
This email is to update you on changes that will be made to NSPIRES on August 8, 2009. These changes will affect submission of proposals to NASA, and are being implemented to improve the process by which potential conflicts of interest are determined. For a proposal to be submitted after August 7, 2009, all proposal team members must confirm an organizational relationship, i.e., identify the organization through which they are participating in a given proposal. A proposal will not be able to be submitted if an organizational relationship is missing for any team member, regardless of role on the proposal (e.g. Co-I, collaborator, etc).No. PIs at non-US institutions may submit proposals for observing time only. PIs at non-US institutions are not eligible for funding.
