How Sweet could eat the exact same thing everyday for the rest of his life. This was the case before I entered his life and led him into the light. I still have visions of plain ground turkey and stinky egg whites dancing in my head. I love getting feedback from my recipes. Whenever I make something new, I grill Mr. I won’t lie – it drives me crazy that he is a man of few words. The honey ginger chicken nuggets and buffalo chicken fingers have been such a hit in our house, that I couldn’t wait to try a new combination. Many evenings, conversations in our house go as follows: Mr. ‘Uh huh,’ he says with a mouthful of food, eyes glued to the TV. ‘Uh huh? ‘Yes, it’s really good,‘ still staring at some terrible show on horse racing.

Dang. Why didn’t I know that last week when I was trying to get them to eat carrots. You know…orange fries. Even better…have them dip ’em in marinara, …tell them it’s ketchup. For that reason, it is shocking to me that I never thought to combine the two before cooking. That’s right, these crispy lovelies are marinated in honey mustard dressing for a couple of hours so that the tender chicken soaks up all the sweet tangy flavor of the dressing. Then, like my sriracha chicken nuggets, these little devils are coated in panko bread crumbs so that they crisp up very nicely in your oven, not your fryer. I started making my own honey mustard dressing a little while ago.
