The Cardiomyopathy Association is a charity that provides information and support to families affected by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy. This site has information on the main types of cardiomyopathy . If you have been diagnosed with the heart muscle disease and have just found this site, follow the links on the left-hand side to find the information on the type of cardiomyopathy affecting you or your family. Our services include a cardiomyopathy support nurse, information days around the country, support groups and a network of affected volunteers who provide support to others.
