Nous allons commencer par mettre en place le contexte de cet article. Le « foot core stability » est un sujet très controversé qui fait suite à une publication datant de fin 2013 dans le British Journal of Sports Medicine mettant en avant un nouveau modèle de compréhension de la biomécanique du pied notamment dans la course à pied.
