Fabulous Fermentation Week! ~ Kimchi. Bacteria!
Are you scared yet? For some reason, in modern North American culture, bacteria has become something to be feared, and most certainly destroyed. Heaven forbid you put the word bacteria in the same sentence as food, because we’ve all decided that these two things most certainly do not mix. Fermentation makes foods more nutritious, as well as delicious! Enoki, Broccoli & Kimchi, Two Ways. What a success!
Fabulous Fermentation Week was a total blast and gave me so much insight and inspiration. I couldn’t believe the number of bloggers who participated, and I even met a few new foodie friends a long the way.
