Google recently stopped development on Notebook, which means it's no longer open to sign-ups by new users or being improved. Don't worry if you're already a Google Notebook user! You can still access all your notebooks and data from this page (http://www.google.com/notebook/), as always. Just log in with the username you usually use with Notebook. If you're visiting Notebook for the first time, you can explore the many other Google products that are still supported.
