The idea is to embrace the corky responses that students have to questions and encourage them to channel their energy into solving problems.
The Article focused on the terms Fluency, Flexibility, Originality, and Elaboration. Fluency- Is the idea of having many ideas to choose from so that the creative wheels get rolling. The more ideas the better and make sure that everyone accepts every idea and does not interrupt even if they disagree because that is how people get on a role with ideas. If people interrupt and say why they disagree that kills the flow to all the ideas going around the room and you will not make any progress.
Flexibility- Is the ability to look at something through a different angle, view point, or just in someone else's shoes that you would not normally look through.
