Antique Images. -CatnipStudioCollage- Mel Stampz. 100 Free Ephemera and Vintage Clipart and Images. Hey everybody!!! Going through all my flash drives of things accumulated over a long time and decided to play around with a few things and also share a few things. Some of them I have the original images so you can see them and use them along with ones that I have cleaned up and changed.... There are tons here so I am sure you will find some that you can use! They are all bigger than how I have them displayed here in this post, but I don't want it to take forever to scan through so you can snag some! :) 18K+ I think this one would look awesome as a journal or scrapbook page... Vintage Scans of Clothing Pattern Catalog, Free Printable Victorian Fashion Digital Collage Sheets. These amazing antique catalog pages have tons of beautiful vintage black and white illustrations of Victorian clothing and underwear, as well as some real gems of vintage advertising. All of these are completely free to download and print to use in your artwork for sale or personal use. These lovely fashion images are great sizes to use in ATCs and inchies!

Found in publications from the late 1800s and early 1900s, these pages are scanned at 600dpi to give you high quality printable images. Aging, discolorations, and pencil marks have been left intact for the best vintage feel. Please do not redistribute these images in other collage sheets, on CD, etc as I took great pains in finding and scanning them. These sheets are 100% free, but I do invest a lot of time in creating them, and this project is supported through the ads and Amazon links on the page. P.S. Vintage Advertisements Free Digital Collage Sheets. For years I've hoarded a collection of women's magazines dated 1898-1908, intending on using them in collage. I can't bear to cut up these amazing historical papers and I've been feeling selfish for keeping them to myself. With the popularity of digital collage sheets - scans of ephemera that anyone can print from their own computer - it finally occurred to me that I can share this wealth with other collage and mixed media artists.

So I set about scanning in page after paper of these beautiful Victorian magazines, all at 600dpi for the highest quality images. (Well actually, they're Edwardian, if you want to get technical.) This is the first of what I hope will be many pages I set up; I'm starting with ten sheets of just the lovely advertisements; mostly from the back of the magazine, I've cut-and-paste to create full pages of ads but otherwise left the pages more or less just as I found them, so that you can do with them as you please.
