I’ve posted a recipe for chopped sprouts here at Discovery Cooking and so when I found some beautiful sprouts at the local grocery the other day, I decided to try something a little different. I’ve had roasted Brussels sprouts when dining out and they have a nutty sweetness that’s hard to get any other way. Nothing, because he’s not discussing food, and everything, because I AM discussing food, here, and building the Blog My Lunch site, bit by bit, everyday. Matthew just posted a peptalk for setting and keeping goals that I absolutely needed to hear today, when I just faced my failed Indiegogo campaign (raised less than 1% of the needed funds to expand Blog My Lunch), and some other personal matters. So, I want to touch a bit on why I built Blog My Lunch, and what it means to me.

First, I am divorced, have a car load of kids, and get no child support from my ex husband, who owes me over a hundred and seventy thousand dollars.
