The CAeM ET/ET comprises aeronautical meteorology experts from around the world as nominated by individual WMO member states and then endorsed during CAeM XIV in Hong Kong in February 2010. This infrastructure is referred to as the European Meteorological Infrastructure or EMI. The EMI combines the national assets of the NM(H)Ss (through EUMETNET) and the shared networked capabilities of two intergovernmental organisations: ECMWF and EUMETSAT.
