"You're wrong, Google" - Anti Racism Campaign

All across Australia, there are people and organisations doing great things to reduce and prevent racism. A research have shown that it’s often the people working on the ground within local communities or specific environments who have the best understanding of the issues and ideas of how to overcome them. The most effective way to make a difference in the incidence of racism is to encourage and coordinate these efforts. Ciencia de la sostenibilidad. Conexx-europe. Web 2.0 in Latin America: Why we blew it and what we can do to fix it

He will be discussing the issues raised in this article at The Next Web Conference Latin America later this month. Tickets are available now. Having invested in some 20 Latin American focused companies since the dawn of the Web 2.0 in the late 2000’s, I am fairly certain that I am about to lose over $1 million, and perhaps more. And the truth is I probably deserve to lose this money.

I deserve to lose this money not because I am a bad guy, a reckless investor, an unhelpful mentor or inactive board member. Www.apci.gob.pe/gestion/atach/ALIANZA_BUSAN_COOPERACION_EFICAZ_DESARROLLO.pdf. Idbdocs.iadb.org/wsdocs/getdocument.aspx?docnum= 37004139. Country Projects.

Yes, the collaborative economy is destroying jobs. So what's next?

Is that a disaster though? It is, if we don’t redefine what ‘job’ and ‘work’ means, and how they relate to income. However, if we seriously consider the radical alternatives, this could be a great step for society. A few months ago, the French economic newspaper “Les Echos” published on its website an interesting paper in which Dominique Turcq argues that the collaborative model will destroy jobs. According to the author, several jobs are being replaced by crowdsourcing. 2012 Latin American Cities Conferences: Lima. Population - Population

Human population control. Human population control is the practice of artificially altering the rate of growth of a human population.

Human population control

Historically, human population control has been implemented with the goal of increasing the rate of population growth. In the period from the 1950s to the 1980s, concerns about global population growth and its effects on poverty, environmental degradation and political stability led to efforts to reduce population growth rates.

While population control can involve measures that improve people's lives by giving them greater control of their reproduction, a few programs, most notably the Chinese government's one-child per family policy, have resorted to coercive measures. In the 1980s, tension grew between population control advocates and women's health activists who advanced women's reproductive rights as part of a human rights-based approach.[1] Growing opposition to the narrow population control focus led to a significant change in population control policies in the early 1990s.
