Bits&Pieces. Jennifer McGuire, ink. Hello! I have been getting a lot of emails about the new goodies from Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft. I thought I would throw together a quick video about them. This is a simple video just showing quickly how they can be used to get a variety of looks. HOWEVER, they are many great techniques you can do with them. But I will save those for a future video. By the way, I was not paid to talk about these products. You can get the Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft products in a few places. There are two products I will talk a bit about here: Stamper's Big Brush Pens and Gelatos. First? Stamper's Big Brush Pens are great for crisp and clear stamped images. For this card, I just colored right on the stamp and stamped onto the paper. (By the way, that green patterned paper is from Hero Arts. You can color right on the stamp and stamp immediately for a crisp look as I did above.

(Used another Hero Arts patterned paper for the card here too - HERE.) Next? More on these products later. Take care! Kwerner-BLOG. For the first time. Be Creative Everyday. Scrappin' with DeeDee. The Cutting Cafe' Scrapbooking @ CraftGossip. It's A New Day. I know! I'm surprised too! It's been so long I thought I'd forgotten how but apparently not. And it's for me, an even rarer occasion. That box of my brother's pictures glares at me whenever I think of pulling out paper and glue, demanding that it be done first and rightfully so.

But a confluence of things came together to provide me with some inspiration, not all of which might be thought of as traditional scrapbooking sources. The final push came when I saw this beautiful layout from Nichol Magouirk: That girl knows her way around a scrapbook page, doesn't she? If I were a cartoon character, the light bulb would have come on over my head at this point. Journaling: Pick a reason: The sun was shining and after weeks of cold, it would be great to get out in the mild temperatures and walk somewhere different.

The pictures are obviously from our hike out at UWF two weeks ago. Yes, I pretty much scraplifted her layout and I'm OK with that. That's what I did with the "go" frame. Simply me.
