Waar Christopher MacDougal in zijn boek Born to Run ophoud (of tekort komt) pikt auteur Timothy Ferris het draadje weer op met zeer praktische adviezen. Om die reden kan ik dit boek dan ook aanraden aan alle hardlopers. The Minimal Effective Dose Het leidende principe in The 4HB is de Minimale Effectieve Dosering (MED). Unscared Ferris weet waar hij zijn informatie vandaan haalt. Hoe kan dat dan? Voorbereidend werk Mackenzie (Bmack) zorgt er eerst voor dat zijn discipelen hun onderstel in orde hebben.
