The use of bicycles will be promoted in the project. The initial lot will just need 5 parking lots. We propose to use the neighboring lots for parking in this first phase and as soon as those lots are used for additional housing, an underground car park underneath lot 20 will solve parking for the entire complex. programatic proposal This proposal strongly emphasizes public spaces, which is not only seen in its volumetric composition, but also in the organization of its interior; individual student rooms are reduced to a minimum of space, while public and semi-public areas will enjoy more space. The lot on Marathonos Street is composed of 5 units, one single unit for disabled persons and four units with different number of student rooms, all sharing a living and kitchen area and every second room sharing a common bathroom.
