L’infobésité nous fait dysfonctionner et produit du désengagement, un déficit d’attention, de l’addiction, de l’anxiété, des pertes de mémoire et diminue nos capacités à juger et prendre des décisions, limite les temps calmes pour créer et produit du stress.
