Attention au cerveau. Nous ne cessons de solliciter notre cerveau pour une liste de tâches qui s’allonge, imaginant que nos 100 milliards de neurones connectés peuvent tout traiter.

Notre cerveau ne connaitrait plus de répit. Selon Planétoscope, 2 115 000 mails seraient envoyés chaque seconde. Entre, la consultation de tablettes, l’envoi de courriels pendant les réunions, les envois de SMS dans les temps de transports, les ascenseurs, voire même pendant qu’on déjeune avec son ami, le cerveau est constamment sollicité. L’infobésité nous fait dysfonctionner et produit du désengagement, un déficit d’attention, de l’addiction, de l’anxiété, des pertes de mémoire et diminue nos capacités à juger et prendre des décisions, limite les temps calmes pour créer et produit du stress. La liste est effrayante et malgré tout on continue comme si de rien n’était.
