Les alliés des Etats-Unis publient leurs dossiers secrets sur les Ovnis & les extraterrestres A l'étranger, les homologues du Président Obama ne se sont pas montrés opposés à la Résolution 33/426 de l'AG-ONU. Le 31 Janvier 2009, le leader du parti conservateur anglais, David Cameron , qui est actuellement favori pour remplacer Gordon Brown, a promis que s'il était nommé Premier Ministre, il mettrait fin à la pratique gouvernementale du secret sur les Ovnis et l'activité extraterrestre. Le 28 janvier 2009, 8 jours après l'investiture de Barack Hussein Obama , le Danemark s'est à son tour officiellement conformé à la Résolution 33/426 de l'AG-ONU , en publiant 15.000 de ses dossiers secrets.

L’unique élément pouvant l’éclairer sur la provenance de ce mystérieux paquet est le cachet de la poste : il indique Albuquerque, Nouveau-Mexique. Shandera fait immédiatement développer la pellicule, qui va révéler une série de photographies explosives. Il s’agit d’une note d’information de huit pages datée du 18 novembre 1952, rédigée à l’attention du président américain fraîchement élu, Dwight Eisenhower.
