Twenty-Six different ways to do Gapfills / Cloze tasks

Many thanks to all those who contributed their ideas! Does what it says on the tin! As part of a recent seminar – I have collected, invented, developed and stolen these fifteen alternatives to just giving the learners a gapfill task and then asking / telling them the answers. Some of them you’ll know, others you may have known and forgotten, and some may get you wondering why anyone would do that to a fellow human being… but hopefully all of them will be useful!
