Ever since I took my “baking from scratch” challenge I’ve been inclined to shun the pre-packaged desserts and the semi-homemade desserts. For some reason though I could not ignore this dessert. General Tso’s Chicken General Tso’s Chicken is my husband Andrew’s absolute favorite Chinese dish. In fact when Andrew and I go out to a Chinese restaurant he doesn’t even have to look at the menu. He always orders the General Tso’s Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup . At almost every Chinese buffet or take-out you will find General Tso’s Chicken on the menu.
