I wanted to share with you a novel way we cooked our turkey one year while we were still living in Park City, Utah. We grilled it on the barbecue.
Ingredients 10 lemons 1 (750-ml) bottle vodka 3 1/2 cups water 2 1/2 cups sugar Directions Using a vegetable peeler, remove the peel from the lemons in long strips (reserve the lemons for another use).
Make the vinaigrette: In a large bowl make the vinaigrette by whisking together the vinegar and the mustard. Slowly whisk in the oil in a thin stream to emulsify the mixture. Stir in the garlic and the onions. Mince the parsley and add it, with the tarragon and chervil, to the dressing, mixing well.
