Un Análisis Heurístico, o Evaluación Heurística, es una de las formas más baratas y rápidas de encontrar errores de usabilidad en un sitio web, aplicación, o cualquier sistema que interactúe con un usuario. La mejor forma de encontrar errores graves de usabilidad en un sistema es mediante tests con usuarios, pero dada la rapidez y efectividad de una evaluación heurística, hacer tests sin haber realizado antes esta técnica normalmente es un desperdicio de tiempo y dinero. Ventajas y desventajas Las mejores ventajas al realizar una evaluación heurística son la rapidez y que resulta económico, pero no son las únicas. Otra ventaja es que no hay que ser un experto en usabilidad para llevarla a cabo.
