The arrival of 2020 is especially exciting for us at Wesley Financial Group, LLC, and so we have asked some of our resolution specialists to share with us their New Year’s resolutions for their upcoming year at WFG. I resolve to do my absolute best in easing my client’s fears and making sure that they know I am their advocate who will fight for them. – Laura Murdoch Touch base with my clients outside of “the normal process” whether it’s a card, email, or call on my down time. Ensure my clients that I am not just here because it’s my job, I’m here because I enjoy what I’m doing and I genuinely want to help them. – Morgan Rogers Step more into my client’s shoes to really get a feel of what they have gone through, in return, it should help get more cancellations. – Janika McCullom I want to find a way to completely catch timeshare companies off-guard.
