These 108-calorie protein bites will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you fueled for your run. Yields 25 bites Ingredients: 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth 1 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened 1/3 cup Special Dark cocoa powder 1/2 + 1/3 cups agave nectar, light 1 scoop (or 2 tablespoons) protein powder, unflavored 2 tablespoons chia seeds 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract Directions: Combine peanut butter, almonds, oats and coconut in food processor and pulse until all ingredients finely chopped.
