Barts Yachts and Charleston Yacht Sales have merged in an effort to strengthen their presence in the Southeast. The new company will operate under the St. Barts Yachts brand. The company will maintain its headquarters at 3 Lockwood Blvd. in Charleston and keep locations in Oriental, N.C., and Orange Park, Fla.
