David and Goliath activity showing God helps us with big problems. 1. Print both David and Goliath pages for each student. These are MS Word documents so you will get both pages. 2. If you have chosen the uncolored version, color the Goliath and the David. If you have chosen the colored versions, put your name near the feet of each figure. 3. *TUBE OPTION:(If you have trouble keeping it round while gluing, cover a paper towel tube with plastic wrap and then roll Goliath around it.

CONSTRUCTING DAVID - the shepherd boy and an unlikely soldier 10. From Jo's Bible Role People/Roll People collection. Program ideas. Assessment. Time Filler Idea: "Guess Who?" Cards - Shelley Gray. What do you do when there are five minutes left in class? One of my favorite quick activities is “Guess Who?”

Cards. Give each student a recipe card and have her write about ten facts about herself. This can include favorites such as food, color or television show, or any other interesting facts. I like to do some brainstorming on the whiteboard about different facts that we can include, and then let students choose the ones that they want to write on their card. When you have a few minutes left in class, choose a card and read one of the facts. I like to let students choose the information that they write, but if you’d rather use a template for students to fill out, I’ve created one that you can download for free from my teacher membership site HERE.

Teaching Your Child How to Pray. Forgiveness. RuthAnne Strong: The Good Samaritan: I'll Serve Jesus Christ by Serving Others. My mom gave these adorable (and useful) little treat bags to her Primary class awhile back. We have loved watching the views and pins grow on this Primary Handouts Update, specifically these little Good Samaritan First Aid kits. My Mom wanted me to post the printables so everyone could easily print them out. She filled these adorable little bags with a few fun treats, and added a little note to each one. Which also went a long with the poem she included. I absolutely love how she puts so much thought into her lessons. I know the kids feel so special when they get these handouts! She gave this handout for Lesson 37-I'll serve Jesus Christ by serving others, but really this could be used for a variety of things and groups! Like I mentioned before my mom taught this lesson to her primary class, if you're interested the specific lesson is Primary 3 Lesson 37: I'll Serve Jesus Christ by Serving Others you can find the lesson outline she followed on LDS.org HERE or in the book Primary3-CTR B.
