Greetings, I’m jay. I’m a writer living in Canada. I am a fan of innovation, reading, and writing.
GIVE US YOUR SOUL AND WELL GIVE YOU A CAR. So I was talking to a friend of mine this morning who lives in the US and she told me that the car dealers are advertising a 97 months financing. 97 months , I mean can you imagine paying for the car for 8 years.
So basically by the time you finish paying for the car its time to get another one and the cycle goes around again. In my view here is what is going on. The financial companies are getting short on innovative ways to screw people over and the car dealers need to keep pushing plastic cars out the doors. SO hey why not finance someone for the next 8 years. We just say that its 97 months, and show them that on a 30,000 car the monthly payments is ONLY 309.00 not including taxes and interest (which they put n small print). So here is the reasoning that they are giving the working people. The best line I heard is ZERO PERCENT FINANCING. what a load of crap. As well has anyone thought about the maintenance cost of the car after the “warranty” expires?

I went to the all-mighty Google and typed the names.. I'M AN EXPERT - Jay Georgi. So I love the internet.
Where would you have gotten so many experts about everything 10 years ago. I mean i can find an expert on astrophysics for $5.00, or an expert in editing English websites for 1.5 an hour. You see here is the problem. Ever since the explosion of the outsourcing field everyone is called an expert. No matter what they did in the past they are still an expert in the field. an engineer who graduated from engineering school but has not done engineering in the past 20 years calls him/her self an expert. or someone who can barely read English calls themselves experts in editing English websites. The problem is how do you filter through all these so called self proclaimed experts. Its easy for people to say Jay you hire them then if they don’t work out you fire them.
References ? I so far have no way of filtering through the “experts” that come my way so if anyone knows of and expert to tell me how to filter through the experts ( OK I’m lost now ) let me know. Like this: Jay Georgi - Just my thoughts.
