Studio Information. Belén Moneo Brock Studio is a small design firm focusing on architectural and interior design, as well as furniture and industrial design. The Studio's principals, Belén Moneo and Jeff Brock, formed their professional partnership in 1993 in New York City. Over the course of its 19-year history, the team has completed architectural projects ranging in scale from loft interiors to large public buildings, and has designed furniture, packaging and sanitary fixtures for industrial production.
During this time the team has periodically collaborated with Rafael Moneo, Belén's father, in the development of his projects, principally in the USA. This collaboration began in 1994 with their work on the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm, Sweden, and finds its most recent example in the completion of the Interdisciplinary Sciences Building at Columbia University, opened in December of 2010. Maintaining ties with New York, the group moved to Madrid, Spain, in 2002, where it remains today.

The tradition checked under contemporary optics, looks like a proper way to decisively contribute to the city collective memory and to express with intensity the religious Macedonian spirit. Therefore, the volume obtained supports memory and tradition, and it will be a reference of the cultural and historical identity of Skopje. We develope a simple analytical process based on the orthodox traditional space covered by domes. Arquitectes.
