I have a right to believe that instructors have a "sell by date" i mean lets be honest when your getting older your not as fast of the mark as you used to be. I also firmly believe that the vast majority of instructors don't forward plan for retirement hence they can't afford to retire and therefore just do a few lessons per week to "keep their hand in" IE top up the government pension. My instructors charge at £21.00 per hour and if the firm does any offer I subside it back to that hourly rate.We would love to charge out at £30-£36 per hour as would the 45,000 Adi's on the register but that wont happen in our life time.
The fact that you teach a special class of learner with problems means YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH CHARGING MORE.
