Some thoughts to my art work The necessary preparations for any artistic vision are intensity of attention and conscious perception.
The term “perception” for me does have the meaning of an act of insight, of actually “perceiving” the deeper information of the quality which is shining through the form and expression of an artwork. Michael Fink Michael is a fascinating digital artist living on the big island of Hawaii, whose style is unlike anything else I've seen. The closest description of how I "sense" his images, is to say that they seem to be Pure Thought-Forms - made visible.
These are the type of images that can induce altered and expanded states of awareness if one just keeps staring at just any one of these images. Somehow, these images convey (to me) the sense of the 360-degree "spherical vision" of one's Higher Self. Wizzle Though there is a vast amount of "fractal art" currently on the internet, I have finally found one fractal artist with such an exquisite sense of Beauty and such a rich sense of "organic-ness", that I felt compelled to include her in this gallery (and she was gracious enough to agree).

Return to VISIONARY ARTISTS GALLERY. Karl Bang. Karl Bang Karl Bang's collection of art masterpieces could easily be called Goddess Central. Karl was born as Bong Ka in Shanghai in 1935. He was formally trained by the master artists of Chinese painting and he also formally trained in the European painting tradition in France and Belgium.
These multiple styles led to Karl Bang's multi-cultural blending of the traditional Chinese artistic discipline with the more personally expressive European style, and later also included traditions from around the entire globe. This cross-cultural fusion of styles has earned him the title of "Master of Contemporary Eclecticism". During Mao Tse-tung's Cultural Revolution in China, Karl was obligated to paint only the propaganda images the government demanded him to paint.
