Psychology People aren’t very good at media multitasking - like reading a book while watching TV - but do it anyway because it makes them feel good, a new study suggests. The findings showed that multitasking often gave the students an emotional boost, even when it hurt their cognitive functions, such as studying. The results showed that participants were more likely to multitask when they reported an increase in cognitive needs (such as study or work) or habitual needs or both. That means, for example, that the students were more likely to multitask when they needed to study (a cognitive need). I agree with this; and it is one evidence of why quality in the arts is lacking these days. The letters and numbers you entered did not match the image. Please try again. KARLA'S CLOSET
A Continuous Lean.
Saturday turned suddenly cold, after this heat wave in the UK, and I was stuck in traffic and rushing through the Oxford Street Saturday shopping circus, afraid I'd be late for my interview with Orla Kiely. When I arrived at Uniqlo I was greeted by posies. Pockets of posies at the entrance: sweet smiling spring flowers, like kisses. Then I rushed upstairs to meet her and her lovely team.

**EDIT** This post was originally published on 29th March but was taken down due to a possible clash with a printed publication. Naughty me. That's a slap on the wrist. It's going back up now with the original comments.

Happy Easter guys! I love this story I did for Tank Magazine that’s out now, Aya Kanai did the styling and I got to choose some of my outfits. This magnificent dress is by Jason Wu and was incredibly fun to shoot. Jason Nocito was a cool photographer to work with, his way of shooting was very energetic and always moving. I was moving so much that day that I had small bruises all over.
