Mal au genou : Comment s’en débarrasser ? Une des plaintes récurrentes chez les coureurs à pied concerne le genou, plus précisément la rotule. Pour éviter que le mal ne s’installe durablement, il est nécessaire de ne pas négliger les premières douleurs. « J’ai mal autour de la rotule… » La douleur est sourde, profonde, souvent associée à une raideur de l’articulation, parfois accompagnée de craquements ou crissements.
