Invented Card Games. This section of the card games site is devoted to new games played with existing cards. The idea is to provide a forum for card game inventors to publish their ideas, and to try out and comment on each other's games. Traditional card games will not be found here, but in the main body of the site (see for example the alphabetical index).
New games which require a special pack of cards designed for that game, which you have to buy from the publisher, will also not be found here. They are listed on the Commercial Games page. Most of the games on this page have been contributed by their inventors. If you would like to contribute a game of your own to this page, or publish a comment, variation or improvement on one of the games here, you can send me your contribution by e-mail. The games are at present listed in alphabetical order (with numbers at the end). Aardvark Game [archive copy] A game for friends, created by James Quin, Adam Tilghman, Luke Weisman and Renée Sharp. Abracadabra Abroasta Bid. Video Game News. UK) : Darkness Within: In Pursuit Of Loath Nolder : PC Games - F. Darkness Within: In Pursuit of Loath Nolder takes players to an eerie and disturbing corner of the human psyche exploring nightmares, the occult, and a frightening psychological world.
The game is filled with terrifying vistas and a compelling plot that revolves around a protagonist-investigator in classic Lovecraftian style. As police detective Howard E. Loreid, players are tasked to solve the murder of Clark Field, a wealthy man involved in the occult. At the top of your list of suspects is Loath Nolder, a highly respected private investigator who mysteriously abandoned his last case for reasons unknown. Rumor had it that he ventured to several exotic places around the world.
It remains a great mystery as to why Loath Nolder disappeared so suddenly, resurfacing five years later and resuming his investigations just as abruptly as he had left them. Why does this venerated P.I. now sit on the other side of the law? Average rating (1 review)
