Honey Wheat Bread. An easy homemade wheat bread that tastes great and is not mealy in texture! I've been in a bread baking frenzy ever since I got my new Pro Kitchen Aid mixer! Funny thing is, I didn't buy it for that purpose and I have rarely made bread the "old-fashioned way" ever since the advent of a miracle known as a bread machine! Not to mention my house is old and it's drafty so it's not the ideal environment for a yeast dough to rise. The bread machine sort of eliminated the worry somewhat...but ahhh...I have found....methods! The texture is the best part of this bread. The recipe is very easy.
